Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery Methods

Our main concern is to provide to our customers the best possible experience with their purchases in our shops. We want to make sure that our customers’ orders will reach their destination secured and on time. ACS Courier service is our main and official carrier service who handles the delivery of our customers orders domestically. The cost for domestic delivery is €3.00 to pick-up points and €5.00 for delivery door to door. Free Cyprus delivery. The cost for to pick-up points for all orders over €50 .

General Information
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and it usually takes between 2-3 working days for the orders to be dispatched. All qualified orders will be sent to the address you have indicated on the checkout cart via the selected delivery method.
We will do anything possible in our endeavor to deliver the orders on time and secured. We cannot, however, be responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused during the delivery process because of some unforeseen event.

Domestic Orders
We will send your order to the address you have indicated on the checkout cart with the following Courier service.
– ACS Courier Services.

Cancelling an Order

You may be able to cancel your order but we’re pretty quick at picking and packing your order which means you’ll need to be quick. You can cancel your order up to 30 minutes after placing but you’ll need to contact our Customer Service team to do it.

Product return
The customer has the right to return a product, intact and unused in its original state and packaging within 14 days from the day he/she receives the product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.

Returning a faulty, damaged, or defective product
If the product has been faulty or damaged, you will not need to pay for the delivery. We will replace your product and send it back to you free of charge. Faulty, damaged, or defective products are inspected by our specialized team and if the damage is a result of the manufacturer, then products will be returned to the manufacturing company and be exchanged. However, if the damage was caused by yourself, the product will be returned back to you. Please note, that we do not accept products obtained from any other source than www.????????, products damaged by negligence, used products, or products that have been damaged from any other activities rather than the intended ones. The life expectancy of a product depends on the user and the conditions of use. Products that have been damaged by normal wear or have exceeded their reasonable life will not be replaced. Also, products must remain in their original packaging and be complete (e.g both items of a pair must be returned); otherwise we will not accept them.

Product Exchange
If you have purchased a product that you want to change the size or exchange it with another item, you can do so, but you will be responsible to pay the delivery costs. You need to return the product to us within 14 days after the delivery, complete, and in its original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept the product.

Returning Gifts
Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift returns. If you have received a gift and want to return it, please contact the person who has purchased the product for you and ask them to follow the product exchange procedure. However we can accept gift returns only if you visit our shop. 

Product refunds are currently not available. However, if you have received the wrong product, or if a product has been faulty, damaged or defective, then we will change it for you without extra costs.
